Refund Policy
14-DAY GUARANTEE
Try Exodus Cleric risk-free for 14 days. If it's not the right fit, request a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of:
- —Significant medical matter or incapacity
- —Death of the subscriber
- —Genuine product failure (sustained outages or data loss caused by Exodus Cleric)
Refunds in these circumstances will be pro-rated based on the remaining subscription period.

SUBSCRIPTIONS THROUGH APPLE
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's own refund policies. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We honor the same 14-day spirit for App Store purchases — contact us and we will assist where possible.
